1. Who we are
Pueblia (pueblia.es) is a personal project run by El guiri (“we”). Contact: .
2. Acceptance
By using the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
3. Description of the service
Pueblia provides indicative information about Spanish municipios: rankings, town pages, comparisons, and editorial content (e.g. “Recommended” places). The service is free in its current form and may change or stop without notice.
We are not an estate agency, tax adviser, law firm, or financial adviser. We do not broker property sales or guarantee outcomes of a move or investment.
4. Accuracy of information
Scores, rankings, and copy are built from open and public sources with our own methods, which may change. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
Before any decision (purchase, relocation, tax, etc.) you must check with town halls, official bodies, and qualified professionals.
5. Recommended and applications
“Recommended” is an editorial seal. It may or may not involve a commercial collaboration; it does not guarantee listing or ranking position. Applications are sent by email and assessed at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, informational purposes. You may not abuse the infrastructure (unauthorised bulk scraping, attacks, use that degrades the service) or present the content as professional advice from us.
7. Intellectual property
The Pueblia brand, site design, and our original text are protected. Third-party data and marks belong to their owners. You may quote short excerpts with reasonable attribution; do not copy the whole site or our methodology as your own product without permission.
8. Links and third parties
The site may link to Idealista, Wikipedia, YouTube, official sites, and others. We do not control those services; their use is under their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the site, or from decisions based on published information, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where the law requires.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers in the EU may benefit from mandatory rules of their country of residence. Spanish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after material changes means acceptance, unless the law requires another mechanism.
